Saving DATA Electronically Documents:  Phone & hydro bills, card statements, etc.

Many attempts have been made to save DATA on electronically (print screen, save, etc).  Doing this successfully will save paper and filing space.  (Here I am referring to pages such as Telephone, Hydro bills, Investment statements, Bank or Credit Card statements that you can read online.)  With Windows 7 and with the web browser Google Chrome this is easy.  This technique has not been tested with other browsers.

1.  Locate the screen page of data     2.  Print  (Ctrl, P)     3.  Choose "Print to PDF"     4.  Select the folder in which to save     5.  Print Now you have an electronic copy of your data and thus no need to print and save a paper version.   Note: You will need a PDF reader to view these files.
