In answer to question :
While checking marriage bonds at www.collectionscanada.ca I found the following marriage bond: John Wood Langdon of London, England and Charlotte Eden of Gaspé Basin dated 1840-02-24. Does anyone know who this Charlotte Eden is - was she a sister of John L. P. Eden and Joseph Eden? Thanks for any help with this.
