I am looking for birth records for my great great grandmother Emilie Mignier dit Lagace who married Robert Loiselle (variations of spelling). In the US she was called Millie Miller and lived in Flint, Michigan at the time of her passing. Her daughter was Catherine Loiselle. The time frame of birth would be the late 1800's. Her family was from the Port Daniel Paspebiac Gaspe area.
