LEMIEUX: I AM the great granddaughter of Octave Jerome Lemieux and Charlotte Myrtle/Mable Briand. My birth father was the late Hilyard (Bill)Lemieux formerly of the Barachois/Gaspe area. I was born out of wedlock in Montreal in 1951. I am starting the journey of understanding the LEMIEUX HERITAGE. Quite the history and the long standing family line. Also related to the Thompson line (Paul Aurel J Thompson & Bernetta Annie(Bee) Lemieux family.
