I have come to a dead end in my research for my Marsh family from Gaspe in Canada. Any help anyone can give will be greatly appricated. My great-grandfather Andrew James Marsh born Aug. 1, 1871 in Canada and died Jan 29, 1940 in Middletown, Connecticut. His parents are George Marsh born in Canada and Eliza or Alice Moriarity born in Ireland. I am unsure of her first name I have two documents for Andrew Marsh and one states his mother's name is Eliza and the other states Alice same last name I am thinking maybe it is a first and middle name. I would like any information about this family. I can not find any records of them such as a census or birth/death/marriage. Any help will be greatly appricated. Thank you!
