I am looking for information on any information on Joseph Morin of Cap des Rosiers and Elizabeth Whelan. My great grandfather was Joseph Arthur Morin his parents were Joseph Morin and Elizabeth Whelen. My grandmother told a story that it would be hard to trace her family because her grandfather's parents were lost at sea and that he was washed a shore in a barrel. That he was actually a Dumas but was called Le marin, the sailor because of this occurence. If anyone has any information about the above especially if any thing drastic happened to Elizabeth and Joseph I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you Shawn
