Marjorie & Jeffery Robinson:

"Success is a personal feeling of accomplishment in one or many aspects of your life and a happy family".

Education:   Both from the region, they met in high school and attended University in Halifax together before eventually moving to Ontario where they spent 6 years before their return to the Coast.

Recent Employment:  

• Jeffery now owns and operates Garage Robinson, a business that is steadily increasing in size.
• Marjorie now works for Eastern Shores School Board in the 16-24 Program, and she is also a municipal councilor for Shigawake and President of the school's governing board.

Community Involvement:

•  As a municipal councilor Marjorie wants to represent families and youth within the community, and is committed to making positive changes for her area.  

•  Jeffery also volunteers with their local church and he and Marjorie appreciate the many opportunities Shigawake life offers them to spend quality time with their three children.

Advantages of living here:   The family support system is strong here, and it's a different lifestyle altogether.   "We've been back for 3 years now and for us, there's no better place to live and raise our children than right here on the coast."
