I am searching for my Grandmother’s birth certificate. Georgianna Bedard. Her mother was Amanda Pope who married William Bedard. amanda was christened on april 27, 1873 in Mont-Louis, Gaspe-oust. She immigrated to Maine, USA in 1900. Would appreciate information on how to acquire her birth certificate. Thank You in advance. Suzanne Murphy
